Sir,
I have registered complaint for non functioining of above equipment and duly attended by cochin office agent (Gracia services) on 28/10/2017. After the inspection the service engineer told me that the capacitor and diode were defective and it will cost around rs.2000/ for replacing them.in the market the capacitor cost rs, 500/ and diode cost less than rs.100/. Their charges are 300% more than the market value and more than one third prices of the oven.
I request you to use your good offices to solve my problem with nominal rate
