Dear sir,
I am, unfortunately, a customer of whirlpool.
Our refrigerator and microwave oven... Both are from whirlpool. So far, everything was good, till i had to seek the after-sales customer care service, which, as seems to me, is virtually non-existent.
Ten days back, my microwave oven stopped working all of a sudden. I, duly, called the customer care centre and i was referred to bsm global inc, who, it seems, provides after-sales service for whirlpool along with a lot of other brands.
While i have no issues with such outsourcing if they work efficiently, i am really disgusted with their service and particularly with whirlpool, for selecting such inept service provider. Please remember that i bought the product from whirlpool, not from some bsm etc etc, so it is your job to satisfy me.
Bsm global people came to my home, charged rs. 450/, told me that the timer needs to be replaced (Job no. Wp8697mv, dated 17/04/2017) which would need another rs. 1350/-, to which i agreed promptly, and promised me that the replacement would be done on 19th, as they would procure that timer from whirlpool only.
That is the last i heard from them. After repeated calls, the person who came to my house told me that he had already the necessary spare parts in his hand and he will replace it on 24th. Still, nobody came, neither did anybody call me and the microwave oven remains non-working.
If i ever knew that such is the standard of after-sales service of whirlpool, i would never have bought your products.
Anyway, i am letting you know about my dissatisfaction and i, really, do not expect any prompt response from your end, as i have faced untarnished callousness from you whenever i attempted to call you.
