Whirlpool India — Money not paid for old item in exchange sale; nor picked up the item

I bought one whirlpool brand washing machine directly from Company through online, vide their Inv. [protected]/[protected] under exchange scheme of my old machine at an estimate of Rs.3950/- (shown in the invoice). Before ordering I got their email confirming that the exchange price will not get deducted from bill and shall get refunded after completing the pick-up of old machine. I had also sent photos, videos through their DIGI2L app and got an assurance of pick up on Sat, 22/06/2024 between 10 to 12 noon, although they deducted Rs.500/- without showing any reasons. I did agree even that too, since I have got space constraints at home. Nothing happened on 22/6/2024 as they promised; they haven’t paid me, nor picked the old machine.

Since that day, it was an ordeal for me. The contact phones and email id given by DIGI2L was not reachable and what you get in response by email was a systemic and irresponsible reply stating issue will be resolved in 5-6 days. I contacted whirlpool customer care over phone (takes minimum 30 minutes to connect) and email, who never give any complaint Number, nor the contact details of right authority and are only good to act apologetic every time. I spoke on several calls to their Sambasigudu, Siva, Syed Moinuddin, Prince, Pushkar Pandey, Vinay, etc., etc., and they were only fooling me assuring immediate resolution from Day one.

I would therefore register my strong complaint that the company, whirlpool deliberately cheated me by offering a fake exchange deal to sell me their product. They had no intention to take back my product or pay me from beginning for the fact that they neither deducted it on invoice nor bothered to pick up as assured and even after my follow up for many occasions in the last one week. I demand the following:
1) They shall pay me the assured amount of Rs.3950/- at once and take back the old machine.
2) A rent charges of Rs.100/- per day shall be given from 15/06/2026 till pick up date for the responsible storage on their behalf.
3) A minimum of Rs.5000/- for the enormous time spent with them for no avail.
4) A minimum of Rs.10, 000/- towards the mental harassment by false assurances in spite of their pre-determined decision against exchange sale.
Please find (1) Invoice of supply (2) email assuring pick up and payment after delivery of new supply (3) systemic irresponsible replies (twice) assuring resolution within 5-6 days (4) email assuring immediate action against my email.

Sales under exchange scheme for promoting sales but neither paid for the exchanged item nor picked up the old item as promised.
