We purchased Whirlpool multi door refrigerator from Amazon in October'21. From the first week of purchase this refrigerator is giving us problems. Even at the lowest setting, it does excessive cooling. Layer of ice forms on milk and water and all the vegetables get spoiled.
We raised a complaint and the techinician came and he replaced the thermostat. This happended twice last year. Now again, we started facing the same issue and we raised complaint. In the last month we have raised 5 complaints, and thermostat has been replaced 3 times. But, it didn't solve the issue.
We asked to replace the refrigerator because it can't be that the thermostat gets damaged in just few days. There is some other issue in the product which they are not able to diagnose.
In our last complaint, we explicitly mentioned that we want it replaced and customer care agent told that they would do that. But again they raised same service request, and the techinician came and closed the ticket without even informing us. On calling customer care again, they don't provide any immediate solution and raise the service request again.
We are stuck here completely with no resolution from Whirlpool. In summers, in north India, we are stuck with this faulty product. Was this information helpful? |
