Whirlpool India — my whirlpool double door refrigerator stopped cooling within 2 years of purchase

I purchased 292 litrs double door refrigerator in may 2018.
Within 2 years, refrigerator stopped cooling. Complain was logged to whirlpool customers care on 22/04/2020. Complain no. Is far[protected]. But till now no technician visited to address the issue. Even no response from whirlpool on the issue.
Request concerned team to look into this and help me to resolve my issues.
