Whirlpool India — Neee duplicate copy of bill.

Hi, iam Jalaludeen Ahamed, we have gifted with whirlpool 3d cool 1.5 ton split Ac on June 2019, which was purchased on 05 jun 2019 on Whirlpool store. We have received the bill for the same on that time, but unfortunately bill was missed, my Ac had a functional problem since March 2024 for which I have raised a complaint multiple times but few service person attended and said without bill we can not proceed even through whirlpool customer care they said they can't provide bill. And was rudely harassed by your service person. Even the production date of the product was not exceeded the warranty period we don't how they treat us. I need a duplicate bill, I can share you the product detail in the attachment, you can find the genuinity of the product and arrange for the service immediately.
