Whirlpool India — Newly brought Whirlpool fridge not working

We recently brought a whirlpool double door fridge and washing machine. The fridge has been giving problems since day 1. First of all there was ice formation at the back of the freezer. Then the cooling stopped altogether in the fridge. Lodged a complaint at [protected]. They send a technician who was very incompetent. He melted the ice and then left. After 2 days same problem repeated. After lodging a complaint the same technician came and did the same procedure. When asked what's the issue he said that the thermostat is not working. Need yo be replaced. He went to get the thermostat snd brought another technician with him. He said the heat sensor need to be replaced. They said they will come the next day to do it. The next day after the heat sensor was changed my mcb kept tripping. Then the technician called another technician who did something in the back panel and said that the fridge will be working fine now. I also got a whirlpool ka stabilizer. But since today there is heavy condensation in the fridge and big water droplets are falling on my vegetables and other items kept in the fridge. I called and asked the technician to file for a return for the product as it is faulty. He has not done that. I am feeling mentally harrased by all this experience. The technicians treating my home like an experiment lab. My food items getting spoiled everyday. I want whirlpool to replace my fridge as soon as possible.
