My newly purchased Whirlpool 265L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Refrigerator is not working as expected from Day 01. First of all there is no "ice formation" in the Freezer and there is little to no cooling altogether in the fridge, making it not useable at all.

Not knowing about this issue, I have end up spoiling the entire meat, food items stored it.
Lodged a complaint and its Day 3 now, got the technician visited today. After checking he stated either the PCB and or the fan is complaint and has to be replaced.
Well, where is the Brand value? Aren't you supplying Defective Products to Customers without QA & QC check and making them to run behind service centers for replacing the components?
And how often can these 'so called replacements' be trusted for the Quality?.
Replacing components of a fresh product is resentful when considering the hard earned money spend on the product (close to 32.4K).
This product is Dead on Arrival and better is getting it returned and refunded.
Such a horrible experience. Whirlpool.
