I bought my refrigerator on 26th Sep 2021, it stops cooling in the bottom door but the top door freezer cooling is OK. After raising 1st ticket -CHE[protected], after several follow-up of 3 days the engineer came and checked, he melted some ice and defrost is working. He asked to switch on after 3 hours and then the cooling was ok for 2 days again the same problem. I raised 2nd ticket, CHE[protected] i asked them to call after 2 days, they didn't call me back. Both the tickets are closed without my confirmation. Then raised 3rd ticket - CHE[protected], now the engineer claims that due to some dust in the board it got fault and the replacement will cost me RS. 3470. When the refrigerator is under warranty then why should i pay for the replacement. The board is so neat and clean but they say ant or cockroach could be a reason. I guarantee there is no cockroach in my home. If that board is so sensitive then why it is not fully shield, it’s obviously a design problem. Service engineer and his manager Deenadayalan is trying to manipulate like it could be voltage problem or some ant / cockroach problem.
