Whirlpool India — No installation support recievied after delivery

I purchased a Whirlpool 235L Frost Free 3D refrigerator 253D fro Amazon via order no.[protected] . The seller was DWANTECH Electronics P. Ltd. (Bhiwandi-Thane).I never recevied any call from the Techinicain for installation, while the product was deliverd on 7th August 2025. I called repeatedly to the service center, but the complaints were registered & closed without any action. Today on 19th august 2025, Even after 12 days of delivery I did not received any installation support . This is pathetic service from a brand like Whirlpool.
