1. When we logged a compliant what is the process..?
Secondly after logging my first compliant a customer care called to find my location and explained me that the refrigerator is out of warranty period and there will be service charge applicable and in case if any component changed than they will charge as per the company rates and I agreed to it and after that the technician called me and came to my residence
1. He told my wife that the front panel censor is not proper need to change it and it will cost Rs 1650..my wife spoke to me and I spoke to the technician and agreed for it..he took an advance payment Rs 500 and went and come in evening and changed it..he told to keep a look at the cooling as it will take 24 hrs after changing the front panel
For your kind information I have the CCTV footage recorded in my house take the amount and recorded voice message
Any way my question is if a technician comes for a visit to a customer repair is it not the company policy to provide a job sheet as he open my refrigerator to check the compliant..But he did not give any prof that he visited my premises.
I need the Bill for the service charge for my first visit and I not going to leave the company as you are all mis guiding us
I have not denied any charges in fact I have recorded voice and message calling the technician twice as after the first repair the refrigerator was in the same position.
Second compliant I logged as per the technician's advice I have also the recorded message with me.
I think I have wasted my energy and time..i have taken the matter to the National consumer Form let them justify
Secondly I have logged a police compliant against the technician for mis guiding as a whirlpool technician
A civil case will be filed again in the company name and I will upload the incident in YouTube as well in social media and This is what Whirlpool has for the justification
