Lodged a complaint regarding fridge malfunction through the dealer on 27/05/2019 and representative from the service centre came and checked the fridge. He told us that the problem might be in the sensor but he would not change it immediately and asked us to wait for 1 or 2 days and call the centre again if the problem persisted. After waiting as per his suggestion, we found that the fridge was not working properly, so we again lodged the complaint to the service centre on 01/06/2019. The service centre assured us that they would send their representative on 02/06/2019, but nobody came, and the service centre was not picking up the call at all on that day. On 03/06/2019 we again call the service centre and they again assured that they would send their representative by the evening. Till then no one has come and after long waiting we again tried to call the service centre, but no one is picking up the call again. It is found to be very much difficult to reach the service centre for getting servicing.
Being a customer of a reputed company like whirlpool, it is very unfortunate that the service we are assured to be getting is not at all given by your company. Was this information helpful? |
