[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — no response on product repair

I had purchased a refrigerator 3 months back and it has stopped working since 1 week. Technician visited last wednesday and part will take 2 days it’s been a week since complain has been launched and no one has been able to update or commit timelines on when will the repair happen. I have spoken, written. No concrete response or timeline. Committed timelines have been missed 3 times now without any response.

Updated by [email protected] Part is replaced today, compressor is still notnworking. Technician noticed this still closed the request. I will appreciate a resolution.

Whirlpool customer service are very bad. mera freeze me ice cream nhi jam rha. 2 bar customer service wala aaya but wo bolta hai mujhe nhi pta ki kyu nhi jam rha ice cream, ye log support nh krte bhut hi bekar hai inka bas preshan kr rhe. please take necessary action for this matter.

i want to return/ replacement .
