[Resolved] Whirlpool India — No service delivered after advance payment | |
Sir/Mam, I am writing to you in regards of the complaint I made for my microwave which is not working. An executive Mr. Kishore Hinduja came on behalf of Magic technologies dwarka sec 8 and after inspection he told that some part wasn't working so microwave has to be send to service centre and it will take 3 days to fix the same. He assured that within 24hours someone will be coming to pick up and post 3 days it will be returned. However it's been 72 hours and no one has come to pick up the product and fix the same. I have also made the advance payment of Rs.2854/- to Mr. Kishore as per his instructions. I have been calling their office and Mr. Kishore from past 2 days but their is no reply. I am very disappointed from this kind of behaviour shown by your employees and service partner. I want to take this issue to top level so it can be resolved as soon as possible.
