I had ordered a 3 Door Refrigerator model Proton 300L on 18th July 2022 online through whirlpool India website www.whirlpoolindia.com detailed as below:

This order got cancelled because when I logged into my account on whirlpoolindia.com after placing the order and obtaining order confirmation, my cart still showed the same product. Hence, I went ahead and cancelled it from the cart resulting in my paid order getting cancelled. This is flaw in whirlpool's online ordering system which should be rectified. However, I immediately e-mailed to [protected]@whirlpool.com on 18th July'22 to reinstate my order and to proceed with the delivery after confirming the receipt of my payment.
Till date after 4 days of transaction, I have still not received any confirmation of receipt of payment after repeated request by email.
I had ordered this refrigerator for my Dad and Mom who are senior citizens aged 85 and 75yrs respectively since our current refrigerator has malfunctioned and they are currently without a fridge and are experiencing difficulties managing their daily lives.
I am making this complaint so that this issue is resolved at the earliest - payment confirmed, product is delivered and action taken against concerned whirlpool employees for dereliction of their duties to promptly address customer issues. Was this information helpful? |
