On August 14, 2023, I received delivery of the Whirlpool AC that I had ordered online through Flipkart.

Technician from Whirlpool's authorized service center tried to install the unit, but the AC unit did not power up despite multiple attempts. The technician thoroughly checked the wiring and connections but could not identify any external issues that could have caused this problem.
The AC unit, right out of the box, was non-functional and failed to power up during the installation process.
I would like Whirlpool to replace the defective AC unit with a fully functional one at the earliest convenience. I believe this is a reasonable request considering that I purchased a brand-new AC unit, and it should have worked flawlessly from the beginning.
I already shared copies of my purchase invoice, as well as the installation report provided by the technician to Whirlpool India service team on 7th September and received replay on 8th September from Priyanka Sharma, Care Manager-Service Operations Support, that they will get back to me in 2 days.
Even after multiple reminders I am not getting any further response and still my AC is not replaced.
