[Resolved] Whirlpool India — not providing services against AMC of RO

dear sir/mam i had bought a AMC of my RO(water purifier) from whirlpool, Now my purifier is not working properly I made a complain regarding that in November 14, the service person came and said that there is problem in filters, as i shown the AMC papers they said part is not available.Again in January they did the same in Feb I made the same complain two more times but nobody has even called me..My AMC is expiring on 21 feb, then ur services would be made n I have to pay..this is illegal and against your company policies.
