[Resolved] Whirlpool India — order no[protected]

I purchase a whirlpool freeze dated on 7/6/2019 online at web site whirlpoolindiawstore. Com.
After payment I got a sms " Your order received order no.[protected] qty-1, Amount-Rs... "
But after two days no response. Contact no showing this site not working and email address [protected]@whirlpoolindiawstore.com sending mail failed with remark address not found.
Call centre of whirlpool say that no information regarding purchase, it only lodging complaints.
