[Resolved] Whirlpool India — pathetic customer service in bangalore city | |||
I raised a complaint on 2nd June on Whirlpool helpline for my fully automatic washing machine which lasted only 30 months, out of warranty hence it was a paid service. For 2 days my service was intentionally delayed and my private information was leaked to a third party ... who called me and gave me the unique complaint number send to me by Whirlpool convinced me to get the service done for 4200/- but finally charged me 5280/- by adding extra problems .. issue was not completely resolved .. when I escalated to Whirlpool office found out service engineer deputed for my call and the service center assigned is not from Whirlpool . So after escalating the issue I have received few calls from Whirlpool but my issue on the washing machine still persist without any resolution. This is the condition of MNC company where they have no control over their internal resources . My experience with my first Whirlpool product is so bad that we have decided never to buy any other product of Whirlpool again. Was this information helpful? | |||
