Whirlpool India — pathetic piece of care center by whirlpool

I purchased my whirlpool washing machine almost 8 years back. I was told this is the best washing machine stainwash ultra toploading 7.2 kg. We logged last complain ban[protected] in somewhere in june 2020. Technician visited when amc expired and fix everything. Washing machine works for one month and again started making sound. We logged the case ban[protected] on 7th september, technician visited on 7th itself and told since this is some gear problem other technician will visit. From that moment i am calling service center number [protected], she is not picking up the phone. Called customer care number, they just gave me email id [protected]@whirlpool.com which no one monitor. It has been since one week since someone has to visit. Pathetic piece of service by whirlpool. I will never recommend anyone to buy this
