[Resolved] Whirlpool India — poor quality and after sale services | |||
Dear Sir(s), 1. I had purchased top loading fully automatic washing machine of Whirlpool in Oct 2017. 2. However, it was only 06 months and the top opening door (glass portion) of the washing machine gradually started coming off in Apr 18. 3. This machine was operated single handed by my wife, and despite of such careful usage, and no mishandling, this defect cropped up! 4. Their reps have not been able to repair the part and now they want to replace the door. 5. Now, i am finally okay with replacement and payment by me, a spare door is not available with the company. Its been over a month and they have been sleeping over the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
