1.This is not ethically n morally
correct .Wherein customer care is saying that it will
be
repaired without any charges..Refer the phone call made
by
me and get the details.

2.All the relavant documents has been provided, where
in
your service engineer visited first time stated n
written on
slip that no charges will be taken for next three
months.

3. Overall it is poor quality product you are
selling
in market with no customer care.

4.Shortly i will be seeking cnbc pheradar support to
get
justice for inferior product..It should not be
considered as threat only raising voice for justice.



also want to understand from first case that in
any peak winter season how a customer can judge that
there
is excess cooling ...When the environments temperature
itself goes below 10 degree.


review and revert wheather any customer care or not by
next
one hour ..Or otherwise i wil escalates the matter to
get
justice..

now again
the refrigerator has stoped cooling .



it was
told to me by customer care called on 16.03.2016
with
service request no

dn[protected]



that refrigerator is under
warranty and will be repaired
thereafter
without any
charges service/repair and part
change.Get it verified from
voice call
recording .




and same thing was told
to me that therewill not be any
charges
taken for 3
months.



now it is
being told to me that fan is not working .How
can
i keep such
inferiror quality
fridge in my house.





need immediate support and correction by
replacing with new
one or
refunding my money at earliest.
