[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Poor response to a request to service refrigerator

I am owner of a whirlpool refrigerator model ff2d255 4s/2013/ gross vol: 242literes. Recently it stopped working and first sent an sms to 58558 and after 2 days contacted the shop in trivandrum from where i bought the refrigerator. Two days later, if i am not mistaken on the 8th of june, a service personal representing your firm came to my house to inspct the refrigerator. He told me that gas has to be filled and someone else will come for that. I am still waiting for that. I would like state that i am very unhappy over the matter.
