[Resolved] Whirlpool India — poor service by service provider | |
Good day My washing machine was having issues in drying clothes and tumble dryer was hard to move. Service engineer visited on 9th may and replaced capacitor rs 650/. He assured that washing machine will work without any issues. When it was used, same issues were noticed from the 1st day after service. Seems service engineer knew the issue of motor and just made money by changing capacitor which was in working condition for sure. Please advise how is responsible for this and if same problem then same service engineer should come and resolve the issues. Authorised service engineer should take responsibility and refund the amount of any part which they just fetched from customer. Name of service engineer company - agarwal refrigeration nd electronics (Jaipur). No response on calls. Pls resolve issue at the earliest and who will be responsible for the amount which they charged in a unethical way. Same info has been passed on customer care no but no satisfactory response. They are just ready to provide service through other service engineer.. But what about the previous one and who will take action against them. Was this information helpful? | |
