[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Product Malfunctioning - Serious delay in problem resolution | |||
I purchased Whirlpool washing machine with 2 years warranty in Oct 2015. On 13 Mar 2017, machine stopped spinning and we registered the complaint at 1030 am. The call center person promised a visit in 24 hrs. We didn't recieve any call or technician visit in next 48 hrs. After repetitive calls on customer care number, we finally got the mobile number of whirlpool faridabad service center manager. Again after repetitive following up with him, technicians finally visited our house on 15th Mar - 2pm. After inspecting machine for 15 mins, he said a part need to be replaced and he or another technician will again come back. Now its 16th - 3pm. Have called service center people at least 10 times, still no visit. we are stlll waiting really pissed off and regreting our decision to buy whirlpool product :(...
