Coninuing with my previous complain with the subject "Whirlpool India - Delay in providing a new Refrigerator", I must say your service quality is disgusting. After continous calls I made to your office in Kolkata to dropping mails. It seems all is just waste, your brand does not care of your existing customers. They just need to deliver a new Refrigerator and every employee in your system seems to be so reluctant in conveying the right message. I gave the draft to your service centre on 12th May. Your renowned brand cannot deliver the color that I opt for. Now when I chose the color, they are saying that the expected date of arrival is 6th June. I cannot believe they are saying they have submitted the documents on 30th June to the transport desk for delivery, and they would need 8 days to deliver the Refrigerator. I live in proper Kolkata (not in out skirt). So 6th June is Satuday then I would need to contact Service Center for installation. Sunday is off, then for the weekdays since we are working, they would be saying they cannot deliver it after 7 PM. So what can be concluded is that the person from service center would be coming on the next Saturday i.e. on 13th June So after giving the the draft on 12th May I would be using the refrigerator on 13th June...(if only if they deliver it on 6th day)!!!
