Hello,

Earlier complaint: bg[protected]

Fridge purchased in july 2019 does not work anymore.
Multiple attempts to reach out to service team (Shiva kumar)
Very rude person and not at all interested to work.

Bg[protected] raised again on friday the 13th for compressor replacement.

This is a stupid company. Avoid.

Shivkumar is an absolute disgrace to the company. Still doesnt pick our calls.

I am absolutely astounded to the lack of empathy shown to the customer.

I want to throw this piece of garbage away but my complex doenst allow this. I have to somehow replace this crap.

Please help

Incompetent team has no information.

Replacement was supposed to be done yesterday 2nd, but no surprises, no one called.

Customer service says complaint is closed!! No resolution provided!
