My fridge had cooling issues. I called whirlpool customer care and raised a complaint ticket.(BAN[protected])
I got a call from their their technical team who said I need to pay a service charge for the visit and additionally i need to pay extra for parts if replaced.
A technician came and without asking me he changed a starter part and asked me to pay Rs.3500/- +550/-.he said the problem is resolved.After negotiating i paid rs.2500/- He asked me to wait for 3 hrs for cooling and went.it was not cooling. I called him who said he will come next day.Next day he came and made some changes and said now it will get cooling and he left. But after waiting for 3 hrs the cooling didn't happen when I called him he said I need to refill the gas and buy a new stablizer. When I asked why didn't he informed the problem earlier he didn't have answer. When I called whirlpool customer care asked to send other agencies, they said they can sent same agency again.
I demanded for my money reimbursement but they denied.even the agency person said I need to pay 3800+2500 for rectification of problem again.he refused to senior technician or reimbursement of money.
I have been fooled by whirlpool.
I need my fridge repaired and i need my money back so that I can get the thing done from any other repair people instead of the whirlpool.
Even for last 10days my vegetables and othe items are get spoilt.whirlpoool has to bear the cost.
