[Resolved] Whirlpool India — refrigerator double door pcb problem | |||
Bought new product on 24th Feb 2019 which hardly worked for 1-2 weeks. Followed up with technical who installed but in vain no productive response. Then raised request, technician visited and arrived to issue of gas need to fill. Other technician visited and identified no gas issue its pcb issue. Almost wasted 40 days but still issue not resolved and not proper communication from Whirlpool. Daily I call customer care and ask for update. standard response technician will call after 11 but no call received yet for replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||

Really very bad experience from whirlpool. Bought product on 24th Feb and still suffering from extreme summer due to whirlpool improper service management system.
