We have been facing the issue from very first day of buying the refrigerator of Whirlpool India. It was never expected that Whirlpool India company who is the big brand of India is doing fraud with their innocent customers who is spending lots of money for buying new products.
We bought the refrigerator on 3rd July with model number FP3430 from the dealer [New Bercos] at West Patel Nagar. At the time of buying this product it was confirmed and committed by the dealer that this is the best refrigerator you can buy and we bought. But after installing the same product it has started creating issues with Gas, Cooling, Switch off and On automatically. And after complaining to the dealer they advised that it can happen in normal way and sent engineer more than 7-8 times in last 30 days to fill up the Gas.
Hence, for this behaviour of the dealer and company, we want to file the case against them. Was this information helpful? |
