Whirlpool India — Refrigerator not cooling even after repairing ee

I bought a refrigerator 6/09/23 which stopped cooling down since last 2 months. Lodged a complaint through email and also went to the store for the cause, a technician was sent to repair a fridge he said new gas gas to be filled since old is creating problem he replaced it but still it's not cooling and working at all. There is a heavy condensation in the fridge and big water droplets are falling on vegetables and other items kept in the fridge. I called and asked technician to file for return for the product as it is faulty he said company has returned the complaint and aren't responding which is saddening and time is passing without seeking any resolution. I am feeling mentally harassed by all this tedious experience. The technician treating my home like an experiment labour. My food items getting spoiled everyday. I want whirlpool to replace my fridge as soon as possible
