I have purchased a refrigerator from Reliance digital Mahagun Mall Kaushambi Ghaziabad. It has been repairing since 08.11.2025 under an AMC and till date it is not working well.
I have made so many service requests but still as on date my refrigerator is not working and cooling. I am bearing loss of daily Rs. 250-500 of daily household items due to all the items are get rotten/damaged on account of not preserved in refrigerator.
Refrigerator is under AMC of Reliance service which has availed during the purchase. Details of services requested online through the App but no outcome has arrived and still refrigerator is not working/cooling.

How can I and my family survive in this severe heat without a refrigerator, we are not able to provide a chilled glass of water to our guest in this scorching heat. Either defected product sold to me by the reliance digital or they do not want to repair the defected refrigerator.
I want to register my complain against the Reliance Digital and Whirlpool India company for selling defected refrigerator to me and not it is getting repaired after availing an AMC. Was this information helpful? |
