I have bought a whirlpool Refrigerator on 2018.
The Refrigerator did not get cool 5-6day before on 31st may 2022, so I contacted customer support, then they appointed one service man for the checking.
The service man told after checking that the gas has been leaked, we need to take the Refrigerator to the service center to fill gas in condenser.
then called me and told the fridge is not repairable there is come internal leakage which we can't open to check inside and repair. you need to do replacement,
Then Miss Aarzoo contacted me and told your refrigerator price now 10000, you have to pay the rest amount to get a new one.
Which is not possible for me at all.
I could not afford it anymore, And more over my refrigerator is still at service centre and they are demanding extra transport change to get it back but I have paid the service charge already. Was this information helpful? |
