I bought a whirlpool refrigerator in feb 2021 from dealer cost rs. 14000 aprox and got delivered at my home. On very first day I complained about defect in door i found but dealer asked me to wait for technician and follow steps. After inspection they agreed on replacing product with new but they send a used and old product after that and when i asked why it is used so they returned that product saying if you are not satisfied we will return the product.
Again after complaining they send replacement and provided old product and on questioning they did the same thing and i denied taking that. Also they harrassing me by calls and threatening that “ you won’t get new one take this or you won’t get this also” and when i asked manager name and said i m recording your call he dropped call.
After that everytime they call unnessecary and same details from scratch everytime.
Also warranty of my refrigerator is 5 years but i got message from company that warranty last date is 2021 December. Pathetic service by whirlpool and I want refund of money. It’s been 1 year and still nothing is being done from their end. Was this information helpful? |
