We have purchased Refrigerator from Whirlpool online No…. at Bangalore on 4th May 2019. After purchasing even after multiple calls, no installation was done by the company.
During this period of 4th May 2019 on wards, the refrigerator was not working properly. After 6 months it went down again off not working property and after 2 days automatically started working. This happened in November.
On Jan 2020 only freezer working, and other parts stopped functioning. Feb 2020 whole refrigerator stopped functioning- both freezer & refrigerator.
On 10th March we called customer service [protected] and raised a complaint # BA[protected] registered with the mobile number [protected].After continuous efforts, customer care service engineer came on 17th May 2020 evening and repaired within 5 minutes and refrigerator started working.
But the very next day morning of 18th May it stopped functioning again. Complaint was registered on 18th May and Service engineer ([protected]) called and told us if you give money, we will service the refrigerator.
We lost the Trust with the Whirlpool company. We are in a difficult situation such a deliberate harmful response for mis-contact of the customer care service center of the company. Our money and time is lost. We don’t need this non-functioning refrigerator and ask you to take it from our premise and issue the refund. Was this information helpful? |
