I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator, Model IFINV305ELT4SS ELECTRA SHRM, from New Nandilath Agencies on December 6, 2018. Since I acquired this fridge, I have faced numerous complaints; it is, by far, the worst model I have ever purchased.
About two weeks ago, I called Nandilath to log a complaint because the fridge was not cooling. They arranged for a Whirlpool-authorized technician to visit. He informed me that the fridge was not working due to a compressor problem. The technician took the fridge to his workshop to claim a new compressor.
However, for the past two weeks, I have had no updates on the status of my fridge. Every time I inquire about it, the workshop staff are unable to provide any information on when it will be ready. They also mentioned that there is a backlog of work, making it difficult to estimate when they can finalize repairs.
Can you please assist me in this case
