I ordered a washing machine on 9/4/2022, and made a cancellation request on the next day due to a delay in delivery but for no reason it was shipped after placing the cancellation request the next day. As per the assurance given by your Customer Support I have rejected the delivery, and I have at the same time updated the customer support for this, yet after their assurance they have not initiated the refund. I have followed up multiple times on calls and mails. Screenshot for our communication is as attached. Please save yourself from this delivery scam. Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
