Whirlpool India — Regarding after sales service issues | |||
We'd called the whirlpool team for the cooling issues, they checked the things putted the gas and left. They provided us the warranty of 3 months for any type of cooling issues if happened due to any item/parts which is rectified in this service or gas filling. At the outset, cooling was started and the person informed that it will be regularize in 24 hour running cycle. We paid an amount of 3 or 4K approx and the service guy didn't provided the receipt. We noticed that we're not getting the suffice cooling and understood that unit is old now but within 45 days, cooling stopped completely. We chase with the Whirlpool team for 10/12 days to visit then they told us that they'll again charge the visit fee and any additional gas if required, we agreed on that because we want to understand the root cause of the repeated cooling issue. When the other person came, they shown us a bend refrigerant pipes due to which the suffice flow was not reaching till indoor unit hence there was cooling issues. Also, as they charged the case in earlier service and due to pressure other leakages were took place in refrigerant pipe. They asked us to pay for extra refrigerant pipe & complete gas, we paid again 3k/4k and highlighted our concerns to Whirlpool team that we'd paid double amount due to Whirlpool's team negligence and second time payment should be reimburse to us but now they're not responding on my queries.
