[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Regarding defective product | |||
I have purchased the whirlpool refrigerator neo ic375 royal 5s, 1pcs of rs 36000/- with bill no.- 5a/644 dt.: 06th may 2014, from m/s r. K. Marketing, sanjay place, agra. After 10 days of purchasing the product it stop working as it was not making the ice in freezer. I have made the complaint after 10 days of purchase then they send the member to look they told that your cooling fan is not working, they change it & told that now it is ok after six month i have made the same complain regarding the same problem they told it is because of too hot days it is not working, again i have made the same complain before 10 days from the current. But no proper response by the service centre. Now tell me sir what should i do, what should customer do when they are spending such amount of rs 36000/- for buying such a reputated brand whirlpool refrigerator & customer is not getting what they want. You are providing 5 years of warranty of compressor but it is not working for 10 days also. Plz look after the matter that i m facing.
