We purchased Whirlpool AC in the month of January 2021. Since we live in Delhi, India, we started using it only from the month of last JUNE, when heat was at it's peak.
But suddenly since 11 July 2021, when we started running it, a shrill noise came out & it's stopped working all Of sudden.
The technicians from whirlpool who came to check said the MOTOR IS DAMAGED & a new one is needed . We came to know that it shall take 10 more days to get the new motor in place.
Coming to conclusion, an AC purchased from such a Reputed and Trusted Co. Of India couldn't even function for 3 months on whole.
My grandfather who got recently operated is forced to spend night under scorching heat of the painful summer.
I am Filled with sheer disgust to see my family suffering with no foreseeable respite by so called REPUTED BRAND.
It's my humble request to the WHIRLPOOL to take cognisance of the complaint and enable the replacement of a new motor as soon as possible.
I am a defence brat and my dad serves in Army. If I don't the cooperation from Whirlpool, I shall be forced to discourage the sale of your brand my simply telling my community about my nasty experience with the machine of your Company .
