Whirlpool India — Regarding the order which I ordered

Hi,

I ordered one single door fridge from Whirlpool India site. It is showing it will be delivered by 7th November 2022. Today is 9th November but I didn't receive my product.

I tried to contact Whirlpool India so many times they are also not sure where is my product.

Please help me on this.
