[Resolved] Whirlpool India — repairing of refrigerator under warranty | |||
My whirlpool refrigerator 230 im fresh direct cool model had a complaint of no optimum cooling from 8/1/2019. I have registered a complaint through qrs customer care and get an id 1- 135666 on date 9/1/2019. Unit was collected from my home on 10/1/2019 by new star solutions, balaramapuram, thiruvananthapuram, kerala. And they informed me that the compressor should be changed and will be delivered with in two days. But i am very sad to inform you that i have not get the unit repaired yet. Every time when i make a call to service center, they replay that "will be ready tomorrow". And it is now 10 days passed. I request you kindly take necessary arrangement to solve my problem as early as possible.
