Dear Whirlpool Team,
I seriously do not understand how Whirlpool is handling customer complaints. Despite sending multiple emails and continuous follow-ups, there is still no proper response, no callback, and no clear resolution from your side.
At this point, it feels like the company is simply ignoring customers after selling defective products.
I received a damaged refrigerator and from day one I have clearly stated that I only want a REFUND. Still, your team keeps wasting time on replacement approvals which I have already denied multiple times. This unnecessary delay and careless attitude is completely unacceptable.
Because of Whirlpool’s irresponsible service handling, my family is suffering daily in this extreme summer season without a proper refrigerator. It has already been more than a month and your team is still unable to provide a basic resolution. This is not customer service, this is pure harassment of customers through delays and ignorance.
I am continuously keeping records of all emails, complaint numbers, delayed responses, and product damage proof. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will now proceed legally without any further waiting.

Consumer Court complaint through E-Daakhil
National Consumer Helpline complaint
Public complaints across social media and consumer platforms highlighting Whirlpool’s poor service experience
I expected professionalism from a brand like Whirlpool, but the experience has been extremely disappointing and mentally stressful for my family.
Consider this as my final escalation before legal action.
I need immediate confirmation regarding my refund process without any more excuses or delays.
