Raising this issue on behalf of Deaf and dumb couple cannot communicate comfortably in the forum.

BAN[protected] (closed by Whirlpool without any action stating this was a duplicate ticket, they are unable to provide the so called original ticket number)
BAN[protected] (worked upon post multiple follow ups and waiting more than a week; no priority provided even after pleading about the situation)

Whirlpool 260 L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator stopped worked for the 3rd time from the day of purchase in 2019. Whirlpool is not taking ownership of the issue and blaming DIGI power backup system causing the compressor issue. There are 30 other refrigerators in the same apartment and the same Digi setup without any issues.
We have spent 2K plus twice as a part of gas filling into compressor. Additionally service charges were also imposed.
Not sure why Whirlpool does not engage own technicians and sends 3rd party technician (assigned by Whirlpool) to work on the issue who haven't shared any receipt for the work that was done. Was this information helpful? |
