[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Replacement of washing machine due to unavailability of broken part | |||||
On 2nd August we had logged the complaint with your company - about 2 days later your service guys came and took the control panel with them for replacement. after following up for more than a week with Bharat [protected], he referred us to the manager Afsar [protected]. he told that this particular part is not available anymore. he then referred us to the local manager Prabhakaran [protected]. He told us that the washing machine needs to be replaced with a surcharge on top. we agreed to same. Till today - NOTHING has happened. Prabhakarans phone is not reachable. We called Afsar again - he promised to send an email and someone will call us back. again NOTHING happened and Afsar is not picking up his phone since 2 days. Now have been referred to local branch:[protected]Ms Reshma More-either phone is busy or nobody is picking up. This is causing soo much inconvenience to our family - very upset with their service!!
