Whirlpool ro product with-in warranty stop worked since march-2020 and facing the tremendous problem till now.
I bought the unit[protected] through flipkart online sales.
After installation, only three month worked product from period of aug-19 to march-2020.
In this period i have made 10+ service request due to various problem, please check with your team.
Thai services — chennai 600 087 was take-care of the maintenance with that period.
Again stop worked since 4th march-2020 and till the time no-one visited or called me to know the issue.
Keep on tried the customer care to explain the same and book the complaint. No action from any-one.
Another mode of complaint through mail to [protected]@whirlpool.com, [protected]@whirlpool.com
No-one ready to own the responsible and fix the problem. As a corporate company it's not a wealthy /good practice to go-ahead.
