I placed my complain on 9th of may 2020 for my whirlpool ac, upon which i was assured (By vishal jain (Area manager) & deepak dixit (Jaipur manager), that an engineer will be sent next day, after that i am following up everyday with them and they are assuring me for the next day) and now it has become a common practice of fooling me. Because of this i have to compromise my office adherence or just working half day from last 9 days, just because i have to wait for an engineer.
Now nobody use to follow-up back with me its every time i have to call back. Now even i cannot accept the excuse that due "covid-19" they cannot come here because in my area there no such restriction and anyone can come or go with there comfort.
I have been cooperating from such a long and now i have lost my patience!
And want whirlpool to take strict action against (Vishal jain and deepak dixit) (Attaching call logs made) otherwise i will be taking a legal action against whirlpool.
Moreover, i got my ac repaired from external source on my expensive rather than my ac is still under warranty with whirlpool (For which i have attached my invoice) and want whirlpool to pay all expenses made by me to external source unless i am filing a complaint in consumer forum against this.
Hope i will get a positive response and will not be delayed this time.
