[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — service center not accepting amc purchased from whirlpool

I've purchased amc for my refrigerator from whirlpool online. And the amc team just sent me the payment link and i paid it on august 1 2020. But now the service center is telling that you machine wasn't working and all so we cannot accept amc claim. Then why did they even sell it to me? I want a refund of my amc. Call. Me on [protected]
