[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Service Engineers at Jaipur centre are not so skilled to resolve the complaint

I registered complaint of noise while drying of clothes in WM on 04.04.2017.
Machine taken over to work shop and returned on 11.04.17, charged Rs 1465/ and cartage of Rs.500. When I used the machine on 12.04.17 the water intake was not working and overflowing.
I called to work shop, but not responded then I registered complaint again on 21.04.17. service engineer attended the call on 24.04.17 and turned back to send his senior. On 28.04.17 Service engineer repplaced censor for Rs.850/ without
resolving this issue.
The WM is out of order on date.
I have made contact at all levels of the company.
