[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Service request done but not solved till now

As per service request no kol[protected], one unskiled worker name: Biswajit Halder of your company come to house and nothing made any solution instant to my problem and left my purifier open stage and incomplete setup stage on 15/12/21. But my baby is suffering acute water problem for this. Biswajit is not picking up my phone from then and we are very astonished about his service. He only told us that total filter will be replaced. But after 15/12/21 he has not communicate with me about progress.
If my baby feel sickness for this dela, then total harrasment charge will be beared by him and your company.
I am going to purchase a new Aquagurd of another company. Worthless service of your unskilled errant worker. He has not any kind of responsibility for customer.
